I have a HyperX Cloud III Wired headset, after using for 6 months the original USB sound card (dongle) is defective.

The audio becomes very low audio when using the original HyperX USB sound card. However, when I connect the headset to a different external sound card, the audio work perfectly.

This confirms that the issue is with the original HyperX USB dongle, not the headset itself.

i tried re-install software + i tried to use it on my phone 16 pro max but still issue low voice

Could you please assist me with a replacement for the USB sound card?
