Hello FACEIT Support,

I am writing regarding my 1-month AFK/Leaver ban. I have submitted a few tickets and recently received a response on one of them stating that my ban has been lifted. However, the ban is still active on my account, and I cannot queue.

I would like to clarify that this is not a ban for verbal abuse or unsportsmanlike conduct; if it were, the notification would specify that. It is strictly an AFK/Leaver ban, and I am requesting it to be manually removed as previously discussed in my ticket.

Could you please check my account and lift the restriction?
