Was done in my dads 20 year old ish Webber kettle (almost older than me), my first ever brisket! What do you think?

Currently smoking my first brisket in a Webber kettle, ambient temp isn’t getting above 95 degrees c, what should I do? I’m using the snake method as seen below and have a hot water pan inside but not that much water
