med screening experience with anxiety

Hi, I'm going for my medical screening next week and intend to declare my experiences with anxiety, but I'm very anxious about the screening process and also very worried that I would get what I think are panic attacks while detailing past experiences with anxiety, because that usually happens, so I'd like to mentally prepare for it. Does anyone have any experience? I know some people fake anxiety, so is it particularly interrogative?

If it helps, I've suspected some problem with anxiety since I was 14, but never sought a diagnosis or much help because I don't wish to disappoint my parents. Anxiety and panic attacks? regularly affect me and sometimes in public visibly too, but most of the time people don't suspect a thing and I can hide it quite well by hiding in toilets when it's severe enough to be visible. I also have the separate dilemma of whether my anxiety is bad enough.

I've read most anxiety-related posts (mostly while having panic attacks...) but would like more information. Thank you.
