I am currently working in a listed company where most of my team is in other city so my manager does not care if I dnt go to office. I mostly work from home.

CTC : 65 all fixed

Yearly bonus : around 10 depends on company performance but get around 9-10.5.

Now I got an offer from other listed company better position but it’s fully WFO. And on top of that it’s in HSR.

Offer is around 95 + some bonus.

Not sure how difficult will be commute from Whitefield to HSR daily.

Can someone guide in this.
