I'm staying in a PG in Bengaluru. It's one of the reputed co living PGs in Whitefield I've booked directly through their website. I'm a non smoker, so I've checked on their website whether smoking is allowed or not before giving advance. I've double confirmed it with the sales girl she also mentioned it's not allowed.

Now this started... Day 1. I went into the bathroom and it was filled with a smoking smell. Initially I doubted my roommate then he confirmed that the nearby room guys were smoking. So I just complained In the app. And one day from the bathroom it started coming into our room during midnight. No one came after I complained. So I knocked on the door and was shocked. Literally like 7-8 members were sitting inside the room and smoking men and women.

So I just told them that it's coming into our room and disturbing our sleep. For 2 months no complaints everything was smooth they became casual friends.

One day again smoke came into our bathroom in the afternoon. So casually I knocked on the door to tell them again. But to my surprise they were gone and only one girl was there. So I just said that it's coming into our room. She said "ohh the previous tenants also told me". I was told, "Yes, I casually speak with them, I also have wheezing issues, so please...". Then again another day she smoked and I had to raise a formal complaint on the app.

The next day I was having lunch, she bashed into the room and started fighting, "How can you complain? I'm giving money I'll smoke", I explained that I have no issues with her smoking problem, but it's clearly mentioned that it is not allowed on their website. Then she said the same again and again and said, "Close your doors and sit inside". Back in my mind, "WTF who the hell is she to tell me that". I held my composure and said, "The vents are connected, even if you are smoking in the balcony it's coming inside our room, we can't close the balcony and sleep all night, it's suffocating, I too have the wheezing issues". She was in no mood to listen, she started saying, "I'm paying so much money, I'll continue".

Me and my roommates complained about this in the app. And nothing after that blank for some days. Then again now it started on a day to day basis at mid nights. I've raised complaints multiple times in the app and no actions anymore. I'm losing my sleep nowadays. I'm feeling like calling the police. Just now I paid the rent, and they won't return it if I'm leaving. They won't return the advance too. Advance + rent is 26k. Should I call the police or any other ways to solve it ? "Women" tag in the title is a clickbait so pardon for that. Need some help please.

Looking for a 1BHK around AECS Layout/Vaikuntam Layout/Brookfield/Seetharampalya. Flexible with rent (upto 30k) but not a fan of managed appartments.

Wasn't able to find a good house, with basic ventilation and storage, and preferrably have atleast parking + lift + security.

Hate that without brokers, there are almost no free to-let boards.

I’m looking for a good dentist around Whitefield. I’m okay with travelling within Whitefield or somewhere along the purple metro line, as long as the quality of care is good.

I guess I need scaling and possibly a few cavity fillings but will follow through with what the doctor recommends.

The main thing I’m looking for is someone who is honest and doesn’t recommend unnecessary procedures, upsell treatments, or scare you into getting something you don’t actually need.

Reasonable pricing is important too, but quality and trust matter more than finding the cheapest clinic.

Would really appreciate recommendations from people who have personally visited the dentist/clinic and had a good experience.
