I current live on rent and searching for property in Whitefield.

I can across many 2bhk resale properties at 80 Lakhs in Immadihalli. the Apartments are 10 year old in gated society. Is it a good decision investment wise. What will happen to the society after 15 years, will there be any buyers for an 25 year old apartment??

I and my wife want to stay near the IT corridor. Her office is 5km and mine is 12km currently from Immadihalli. need some suggestions.

I was driving from Betul to bhopal last night. Just when i crossed Bhaura at approx 7pm. A tiger jumped in front of my car and crossed the Highway in 1 jump. It was just 1 sec or i would have hit the Tiger with my car. It felt too unsafe to be there, I had my windsheilds also down. There is satpura tiger reserve nearby, but the tiger coming on the road is very very dangerous and it was very nearby residental area. Who can i inform about this or is this a regular sighting in that area. It was nearby Tawa Buffer Zone, Bhoura Forest Range Office.

I work in IT and have some saving so looking for an area to invest in plot for 10-12 lakhs. want to stay invested for 5 years and then sell the plot. Any suggestions for the areas or socities. I have seen bangraisa side, saffron valley looks promising at 1600-1700 per sqft. any other you guys can suggest?

The road opposite to bagroda industrial area, around RNTU college has few properties at decent rates. Starting from 1500 per sqft.

The catch is it does not fall under bhopal region, it is under raisen.

Does that hamper the growth.

Are these good for 5 to 7 year term invest of around 15 lakh.

My budget is 10 to 15 lakh.

Looking for an investment in plot. Especially in a gated community is better.

I have checked bangrasia. The rates there are around 1500 to 2000.

Any other high growth areas??

And any project that you guys can recommend to look out for.

I heard AI city being setup in bhauri.

Neelbad is also good but dont see many structured colonies to buy plot there.

It feels like i am stuck and don't know where to go ahead in my career.

Shall i look for switch or do a masters.

I am an average dev. Would rate myself 6.5.

I want to buy a home. No emis now.

I have savings/investments around 40L.

Thinking what to do. Any suggestions would help.
