Hello everyone. I am a new hire at BBY and Im having a little bit of trouble with overall knowledge of the products and also pushing the card/memberships. Whats a way to pitch them to the customers that’s worked for you guys? And In general, what’s a way of talking with customers that you’ve had success with? Within my first month, I’ve gotten a couple apps at the front and one membership out of pc.
