Troubleshooting Core one L in the first month

Some time ago I made a post in this group about my nozzle vibrating on certain spots of the bed. It makes a weird sound and creates small dots during the first layer. This only happens on the first layer.

I was recommended many solutions, like increasing the Z offset and other adjustments. I tried everything, but nothing helped. Then I contacted Prusa Support and spent several days troubleshooting with them. We tried many things: checking the bed, screws, loadcell values, basically everything possible, but nothing fixed it.

Eventually they told me to replace the heatsink with the loadcell inside, because it could supposedly be responsible for the issue. After a few days the new heatsink arrived, I installed it, ran the self-test, and everything looked fine, but the problem was still there. The nozzle still vibrates and creates those dots.

I contacted support again and told them the heatsink replacement did not help. They suggested more things to try, like lowering the idle temperature, but honestly nothing works.

I’m pretty sad about it because I’ve only had this printer for one month, and this is the first time I wanted to print something that uses the whole bed. So I wanted to ask if maybe someone here had a similar issue or knows how to fix it.

Core one L Printing Time Inaccurate

Hi, lately my Core One L has been having inaccurate times, even by half an hour, by an hour, etc. Could someone help me figure out how to fix this?

This is my first time printing on my new Core One L on the entire pad and every time the nozzle goes back I feel like it vibrates a little and makes a dotted layer.
