Hi everyone,

i hope you are all having a great season so far as far as getting out there and putting some mileage on the bikes!!

Today i sent my baby in for a valve clearance check at 22 870KM. the 4 exhaust valves needed shims but my intake side was perfectly in spec. I recommend no one stretches out past the suggested maintenance schedule on our engine platform even though 24 000km typically is a bit early for valves on a naked. i didn't really see another post about the topic some I'm just putting it out there! the mechanic went over the whole bike and he found nothing else out of whack.

For reference, i ride the bike pretty hard, it sees a lot of higher revs and gets fed the fuel cut here and there.

i hope you all have a great day!
