Sookie As A Business Partner
Idk if this is a popular opinion or not, but this is my first rewatch, so, if I'm being honest, it's like watching it for the first time, and oh my lord, Sookie is a terrible business partner! I kind of wish Lorelai had started the Dragonfly on her own, and maybe Sookie was an investor/employee? Specifically, season 5 ep 6, I'm like halfway through, her meltdown over temporarily not having lunch is insane. Every business has ups and downs, and the fact that she doesn't recognize that and bitches is screaming employee, not owner. YELLING at a customer and mocking him (especially an old man 😞) just because you're mad you're not going to have every single thing you want is child behavior. We all have our moments, but her yelling about vegetables and having perfect expensive kitchen materials is a common occurrence.
