Negative UTP due to eviction
Okay so I got a email of separation today. I’ve been in constant contact with HR via email since we have no HR or PXT on site.
I started my journey with Amazon about a month ago and have been dealing with this eviction for about 2 months. I was very transparent during my hiring process, orientation, and with my managers and OPs team.
I had to miss a total of 3 1/2 days to get everything cleared up but they are still marked as missed obviously and I had to take the UTP hit. With my Emails with HR I was told i will either get fired or take a LOA. I cant really do either since im just getting myself into the yellow with my apartment and dealing with everything on their end.
I’m not really sure what to do because i genuinely enjoy this job and if I lose it I’ll also lose my apartment.
Can someone please offer some guidance. I’m really lost and they aren’t allowing me to make an appeal till Monday.
