My son won this out of a claw machine on the boardwalk in Wildwood NJ a couple of years ago.

That info, in addition to their being a Hardwood Classics tag (This isn’t a retro Knicks logo so why would it have that?) and the 9fifty spine on the inside is faded after a couple years. I’ve never seen that happen before.

Am I right on this being a good fake?

My son loves the cap and had KAT autograph it on the right side of the brim.

What do you do if all the sudden you’re caught outside in a rainstorm with your beloved fitted you just bought?

I usually tuck my cap under my shirt/jacket till I can get it to safety.

I’ve seen it in the past that rain can kill your caps.

Just wondering what everyone else does or doesn’t do in this situation.

Does anyone else have a few beater hats they only wear in the rain?
