I am a student from the University of the Philippines. We are conducting a qualitative study on lived experiences of

• former online gamblers (aged 20-40)
• individuals who quit and recovered on their own, without formal treatment

Our goal is to better understand recovery processes and support others going through the same challenges. The interview will be conducted online. All information you share will be kept strictly confidential, anonymized, and used solely for academic purposes.
