I’m a fresh April 2026 PLE passer and I’m currently looking into National Children's Hospital (NCH) for Pedia residency. I’m a first-gen MD and I don't really have a "network" yet, so I’m going into this a bit blind.

To any seniors or alumni from NCH, I’d love your honest insights on:

How’s the culture? How’s the workload/duty schedule? Are the consultants and seniors supportive when things get crazy?
