For fans who think that Vivi/Nami are related to zaza, my question is how?

- vivi : Some fans believe that Vivi is Zaza for two reasons: first, Lily has used Zaza before, and second, it rained after the fight with Alabasta. But how did Vivi get that power? Vivi doesn't have any Devil Fruit and she isn't part of Lily's original lineage. Also, there are two reasons why it doesn't rain in Alabasta. One is the rain powder and the other is Crocodile's Devil Fruit, which makes the surrounding weather dry. After Crocodile is defeated by Luffy, his Devil Fruit power breaks and normal rain begins.. So how did Vivi get the ability to control rain?
- Nami : Some fans believe that Nami is Zaza, because she can make rain and sense the weather. But fans forget that Nami gets rain from Zeus, which she gets from Big Mom ( Devil Fruit) and also from the weapons made by Usopp (which create rain, wind, and lightning). This is not Nami's own power, it is the creation of Big Mom's Devil Fruit and Usopp. Usopp can make many similar weapons and give them to others if he wants, that doesn't mean that everyone has become the god of rain . Nami can understand the weather because she is a sailor (meteorologist) . I mean, she studied hard as a child.
even in our world ( Real world ) , meteorologists can predict the weather, even predicting when and where rain and storms will occur. That doesn't mean that these people are rain gods.😂
* Also some fans think that they have special powers like Shirahoshi; but this is also not possible because Shirahoshi is an ancient weapon, but Vivi and Nami are not weapons; Shirahoshi could only talk to the Sea King and give any orders, just like Momo talks to Zunesha and gives him orders.
