Guys how to prepare for net business if we're aiming for 150??

Guys I am unable to study for more than 3 hours😭😭

After three hours I start feeling burnt out or uske baad nahi ho pati study, I aim for 8 houra everyday but the max ive gotten is 5 and thus doesn't seem enough at all for these competitive exams idk what ti do😭😭
