I'm confused...... a classmate of mine just got engaged today. Good for him. the thing I'm confused about is that he got engaged to one of his first cousin, this seems unusual to me so I asked him doesn't it bother you k sarri zindagi wo tujhe Bhai aur tu usko Behan bol k mukhatib karta raha hy to now you're going to get married to her doesn't this bother you at all and he casually replied k syed gharo mai cousin marriage he hoti hy.

So my question is, why is that ????

Thank you

Spring mein comsat join kerna chaiye . Ya phir next year nust jakar electrical kerni chaiye . Comsat ka ye faida haike sasti paregi or degree cs ki kerni hai . Lekin nust ka ye scene hai ke zayda opportunities mileingi, campus life bhi mast hogi. Lekin cons ye hainke menghi degree hai, financial pressure bhi Hoga or Sath mein electrical bhi hogi . And umer bhi zayda hojaigi (20 as a freshie ) . Lekin mujhe comsat ka ye hai ke awaam kesi hai cs ki? Nust mein tou Kafi apko papu Bache miltein Hain, like rishta achaw Milne ke chances Hain . Lekin again meine 20 ka hona hai or classmates ne 18 ka . Masla he masla . Guys kesi hai comsat ki cs wali awaam? Kiya Shareef, ache khandan wale hote hain + competitive. Ya phir awein . Ik or cheez bhi ye haike is Saal spring ke wohe Bache honge Jo mere he Sath honge . Also comsat lhr ki campus life kesi hai? Trips wagera hotein hain? Or qareeb cafes Hain?

If I js read kips fung books and solve mcqs from OETP and FUNG, can I get 150+ marks 😓😓

I applied for a fee refund from NUST on 16th September. I visited the main office in person, where a staff member guided me through the refund process. After I completed the application, he told me, "Apka apply ho gaya, ab ap jao. Kuch aur karne ki zaroorat nahi hai." Basically, he confirmed that my application had been submitted and that I didn't need to do anything else.

Today, after around 15 days, I opened the portal to check the status of my refund, and the same refund application form appeared again, asking me to enter my CNIC number and registration number and bank details and reason of leaving etc etc

Now I'm genuinely worried. Does this mean my first application wasn't submitted successfully, or is this normal? I'm especially scared that I might lose 50% of my refund if my original request never reached them or wasn't registered in their system.

I have a screenshot of the page that appeared after I submitted my original refund application (the one saying your application has been submitted successfully)

I'm genuinely stressed about potentially losing half of my refund over something that might not even be my fault🥲

Should I visit the main office?

is it too late to study for mids? pls help

If yes then how ? Thank you !

wanted to know about this. please guide. civil engineering is not something i wanna do as a girl. Confused about mechanical vs electrical engineering for girls in pakistan (tell according to pakistan's conditions because i know that internationally all majors have scope for women unlike pakistan)

So 17 and I'm a first year college student , my family is very poor but my dream was always to study abroad, but right now I'm seeing that it is impossible, because I can't afford the money and the scholarships are really hard to get specially for my situation, and the people around me keep telling me that "it's impossible","you have to spend money ","you don't have money ", my family are supportive even though they are struggling financially but they always comfort me and try to make me happy even a little. But I'm really worried and scared because I don't see anything in my life except study abroad and I don't know how I can begin and what should i do ,pls if there is someone experienced with this kind of topic pls help me i need guidance

I'm taking a gap year and I'll be applying for nust mainly for mechanical engineering or something similar. I also want to have backup universities asw. So is IST good for aero/mech and what about air university's mechanical engineering program? I made a mistake to not apply to a lot of universities and I don't wanna make the same mistake this time. Also is the CEME department of nust relatively strict as compared to H12 or are those just speculations?

What grade do u need in alevel maths to get into Ai or cs nust?

How to study fluid mechanics not onderstanding anything 👍✌️🥀

Since everyone is asking me for updates... I sat on the toilet seat in agony and despair, waiting for the water to come. I was bewildered. I waited, for 5 minutes, for 10 minutes, and then 15. But still, there was no water. Caught in distress, I suddenly had an idea. Lota bharnay wali tooti se thora sa paani aa raha tha magar koi lota na tha, na hi koi tissue roll para tha bathroom mai. However... I had used 3 layers of tissues to cover the toilet seat. So... I carefully pulled them out from under me and wet them with the tooti and wiped 😊

just 5 please ; )
