Applied for NUST Fee Refund on 16th September but the Same Application Form Is Showing Again After 15 Days Am I Cooked? 😭

I applied for a fee refund from NUST on 16th September. I visited the main office in person, where a staff member guided me through the refund process. After I completed the application, he told me, "Apka apply ho gaya, ab ap jao. Kuch aur karne ki zaroorat nahi hai." Basically, he confirmed that my application had been submitted and that I didn't need to do anything else.

Today, after around 15 days, I opened the portal to check the status of my refund, and the same refund application form appeared again, asking me to enter my CNIC number and registration number and bank details and reason of leaving etc etc

Now I'm genuinely worried. Does this mean my first application wasn't submitted successfully, or is this normal? I'm especially scared that I might lose 50% of my refund if my original request never reached them or wasn't registered in their system.

I have a screenshot of the page that appeared after I submitted my original refund application (the one saying your application has been submitted successfully)

I'm genuinely stressed about potentially losing half of my refund over something that might not even be my fault🥲

Should I visit the main office?

2nd admission phase

Can someone who hasn't given the admission test before apply for pu in this phase

And which programs will be offered in this phase

Just some random programs or every program?

Why do so many folks start acca so late or take too long to complete it?

I met a person who started it when he was 19 and finished when he was 28

I also saw a person how started at 30

I understand that someone wants a career shift or just upgrade their profile by doing acca

But why would it take you more than 8 years doing acca?

No hate to anyone. Everyone has different circumstances and experiences.

Is this a good combination?🤷‍♂️

I am thinking of doing bachelors in business data analytics along with acca

Is this a good combination?

If you know any other good combination please tell me 🙏

Any info will be appreciated.

Leftover seats

If someone was selected in the 1st merit list but didn’t pay the required fees, so their admission was cancelled and they were not considered in the subsequent merit lists, can they still apply for admission for leftover seats?

Has anyone been in this situation before or knows what the university’s policy is? Any information would be appreciated.

Confused 😭

I got selected in BBA-IT at UET, but I don't want to pursue that field. I have also applied for Data Science and Cyber Security, and I'm hoping to get selected in the upcoming merit lists. I'm also waiting for the NUST merit lists, so I don't want to make a decision I'll regret.

I have a few questions:

1.Do I have to pay the admission fee (around Rs. 73,000) to be considered for the next merit lists?

2.If I don't pay the fee, will my admission be cancelled completely, meaning I won't be considered in the later merit lists for Data Science and Cyber Security?

3.If I do pay the fee and later get selected in my preferred program or get in nust, is the admission fee refundable or adjustable?

4.Do I have to pay the fee exactly on the reporting date mentioned in the offer letter (not earlier or later)?

I'd really appreciate it if someone who has gone through this process or knows the UET admission policy could help.

Edit:also do I have to pay only the admission fee or there is some other fee or dues?

Urgent

I have a 67.5 aggregate and probably won't make it into CE at SEECS. My main options are CE at NUST CEME or BBA at FAST Lahore. I don't have a strong interest for either field, so I'd really appreciate advice on which would be the better choice and why.
