Guys, 30M from italy. Experience in finance. Been here for a month and at an event I found a girl who referred me to a company for an account management/sales position in a jewelry manufacturing company that also sells business services of any kind that would pay 5K a month plus comms. Tomorrow I will have the details but to be honest, it is extremely low especially because business expenses like traveling and commute will probably not be reimbursed either. Aside from your opinion, what should I be very careful to look upon in the offer letter? Thank you for the help.

Guys, I am here because I literally feel the need to network and meet people for these reasons:
1 am new to the city and want to find a circle of people that revolves around finance, cars, metal music and books which are my interests
2 I want a job because I do not want to go back to depressing Europe and here using linkedin is useless because everythign runs on people (as almost everywhere in reality)
3 fighting loneliness as a social person.
I managed to find the cars people at cars cafè but where do I go to find metalheads and finance people?
I went to the DIFC and talked to some finance professional and got the number of a couple but it still doesnt cut it?
Some otheres suggested me Luma app, meetup and stuff but there is not much on there. So where do I go? Do you know of any networking events or meeting? I badly need social interactions.
