We run a small B2B SaaS tool for service based team handling scheduling, job tracking and some basic invoicing
We’ve done a good job cleaning up most parts of the product and internal ops. Users are happy, workflows are smooth and things feel pretty stable but payroll is still the one thing that feels disconnected and hard to rely on.
It’s not fully in our product but it still affects how people feel about the experience since they have to take everything somewhere else to pay their team
Has anyone pulled payroll closer into their product? How did that work out for you?
