My Jupiter 2 Struggle. Going to listen a few items.
Why does the Jupiter 2 take 2.8 seconds to cure the same resin that the Saturn 4 takes 1.6 seconds for. Why is the Jupiter so weak that it takes nearly double the time to cure resin. At .50mu a print that should normally take 5 hrs takes 9.
Very poor designer that didnt bother to build in collision detection for supports in the Satelite slicer. One of the few times I got a successful print it was trash from supports of other models on the build plate.
How many times does it take to level this? I have it manually leveled within .6 newton's across all four screws and it still wont maintain it. I level it, get a print. Then try to print again for it to error on print for level again.
I have a LOT of wasted material due either or both the leveling and buildplate. I have had to do a vat clean more in the last 3 days than I have had to do in the last 6 months.
Vat heater is wildly not heating the whole vat, just sections where the thermostat is at.
Satellite slicer is horrible to work with. It is not intuitive and moving parts around is a serious pain.
Positive...
I like the vat design, I have not had any issues with the pump it just takes a minute to get it done.
Build plate having solid sides is a plus, super easy to wipe down... as I clean it for yet another "leveling" session.
When it actually prints successfully the fine details you get are quite good.
It's a lot less noisy than the Anycubic photon max when running at full print speed.
Neutral...
I'm hit and miss on the doors, personally I'd rather have a lift-up hood for space reasons.
