Am i insane or is Rosemary and everything related to her a big reference to the amnesia franchise?
I think rosemary is a big reference to amnesia, especially the first game (dark descent).
Firstly, her design is pretty similar to the Gatherers on the game, especially the grunts. She has roses all over her body, and if you don't know about the lore, one of the main plot points is that daniel drinks a damascus rose potion, making him lose his memory.
Also, the dungeon map is almost identical in the atmosphere and building as the castle, especially the prison area.
While i her moveset is original, the reference to souls/withering can be related to amnesia.
Finally, her Chase theme takes heavily inspiration on the run theme, and it feels like almost a remake of it.
My whole point is that, thank you, Bladeninja, for referencing one of the best horror games ever.
