My Nana died in 2014 of Dementia and I want to make sure she is well on the other side and if she has any guidance for me regarding my life and relationship I am currently in?

She was the most amazing Nana and I miss her terribly- I think about her almost every day and hope she is finally at peace. I like to think she is watching over us all.
