Zomato Digging Grave with AI Agents Support
Last week I ordered a chicken curry meals from zomato. In the description it mentioned rice, chicken and some vegetable side dishes. Received only rice and chicken without side dishes. Tried reaching chat agent, AI did not connect to human agent. It repeatedly told to send email.
I sent email with photo and video. After a day I got response stating that issue cannot be verified. No refund no accountability.
Eventually it will become like restaurants can send anything as per their choice and no one to question on it.
I haven't used zomato after that . I found swiggy little more better also started going out and eating instead of ordering and paying
