I’ve been getting this offer for the past year, though there have been times when it disappeared for 10 days at a time. It recently stopped showing up from August 15th until yesterday, but it finally reappeared today.

Four months ago, it used to pop up between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM. Lately, it’s been coming between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM instead. I’ve checked every night between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, but I never see it then.

What time does this offer usually show up for everyone else?

I ordered two items from Zomato yesterday at dinner time with both items being delivered by different delivery partners.

One item was delivered normally, but the other delivery partner was still showing as being quite far from my location. Despite this, the order was suddenly marked as delivered.

I tried calling the delivery partner multiple times, but he didn't answer. The item was never delivered to me.

I've contacted Zomato chat support,and I was not able to chat with agent then it asked me to contact their email and then i provided the details, but I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this. What usually happens in such cases?

The food quality of restaurants is degrading day by day, sometimes it’s just disgusting.

I ordered snacks from a bakery as they displayed hygienic items, but the items themselves smelled stale and were in a very bad condition. After a few months, I ordered again, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but had the same experience.

These platforms charge all kinds of fees. Shouldn’t they also take some responsibility for the restaurants they allow on their platform?

They just care about commissions and leave the customer to deal with bad quality food.

At least the government should impose such rules on these platforms.

My mother is really great at cooking and is appreciated greatly for her cooking style from all sorts of people. She has passion for cooking and wanted to enter into home cooked food business.

But, we have no background with any business or food business. Our family belongs to govt/corporate jobs sector. And my mother was nudging from last 1 year and finally I agreed.

I need some advice !

1. How would you recommend deciding menu, portion size and dishes ?

2. How to decide pricing ? What should be markup and discount?

3. How much time it can take to receive first order ?

4. Apart from zomato, should i register on other platforms too ?

Our aim is to provide best possible food with original items as we eat in our family. No adulterated stuff at any stage which can satisfy standards of Tukaram Mundhe.
We are ready to take hit on profit for first year but brand should grow.

Any advice/opinion /suggestion is greatly appreciated.

I recently ordered via Zomato, and upon opening both food items, I noticed they had an unappealing, uncooked colour. Furthermore, they smelled and tasted strongly of fish, even though neither dish contained any seafood. This clearly indicates severe cross-contamination between different types of meat.

This restaurant needs to be urgently audited by the Food and Safety Authorities of Maharashtra (FDA Maharashtra). I am deeply concerned that other customers might get seriously ill from their food.

While I contacted Zomato customer support and received a financial refund, I have not yet received a meaningful response regarding the safety issue itself. A simple refund is not enough, as a hazardous cross-contamination problem like this poses a severe, life-threatening risk to people with severe allergies.
