today is the 7th day of my wisdom tooth extraction (lower, partially impacted). I am still suffering from a lot of pain that radiates to my ear and the pain killer effect also stops very soon like within 5 hours and from today onwards I am also feeling pins and needles kind of feeling at the back of my throat, tongue and roof of my mouth as well as i feel there is swelling at the back of my throat. is this a symptom of nerve damage? I am already taking steroids as well as b12 capsules since the beginning.
