Needle phobia advise

Due in part to what I experienced in my journey to receiving my Chiari diagnosis, I now have an extreme phobia of needles that typically results in a seizure. It occurs even if I talk too much about needles or see it on tv. My wife and I recently found out that we are expecting and I want to be with her in the delivery room but am not sure if I will be able to without going into a seizure. Any pointers on how to be able to participate and support my wife?

Spicy cat

Hi first time poster, my wife and I are expecting our first child and we have a cat that is extremely aggressive. He is very aggressive towards myself but not towards my wife. He usually grabs onto my leg and will not let go. We have had him for about 6 months and his aggression has gone down significantly. We also gave an older cat in the house that cannot be in the same room as gun. We do not want to give him up but we also aren’t sure what to do with him.
