Is this 2016 370Z Touring Roadster rebuilt title worth $15k? How bad does the original damage look?

2016 Nissan 370Z Touring Roadster, automatic, 51k miles, rebuilt title. Seller wants around $15k.

Found the original auction pics attached. Damage seems mainly front left, but airbags deployed. Car has already been repaired and looks clean now.

Does this damage look bad enough to worry about frame/suspension issues? If it passes a Nissan PPI/alignment inspection, would you consider it worth $15k?

Rebuilt title manual 370Z Roadster for 13.5k - good deal or bad idea?

Looking at a rebuilt title 2013 Nissan 370Z Roadster manual with ~36k miles. (Airbags deployed)
Car drives straight, shifts good, clutch feels healthy, no warning lights, top works fine. Damage was front-end (hood/bumper/headlights/radiator support area). Airbags deployed.
Only things I noticed:
slight hood/bumper panel gap
Rear tires look work
Rebuilt pain work is bad ok the bumper
(please note not coming from a expert, just the things i can visually tell)
Would you:
spend ~$200 on a PPI
or just buy it if it drives good?
Does the damage in the auction pics look like possible frame/subframe damage?
