Hi, as the title says I’m just starting out with UGC and based in Canada.

I’ve had some gifted collabs in the past but they never developed into paid opportunities. I have my portfolio ready with videos that I’ve posted on my Instagram before so that’s all set for now.

I need help figuring out what platforms to use, my goal is to work with beauty brands, specifically haircare and fintech. Any advice on how I could get started would be much appreciated.

I’m taking one class for the spring semester, we’re half way through it and I’m really struggling, not just with class but personally. I applied for “Grant-only” funding through Sask Student Loans and got $600. Will I have to pay this back immediately? Will this affect my qualification for future funding?
Edit: I’m also registered with AES, not sure if that changes anything
