Need layout ideas for my bedroom (300 x 370 cm)
Hello everyone! I need your creative ideas to figure out the best layout for my new bedroom. I've drawn a detailed floor plan with all measurements in centimeters.
Room Details:
My Needs & Furniture:
Dimensions: 300 cm × 370 cm
Window: It is almost zero to the floor. The top-right section opens inward.
Curtain Pelmet: There is a 30 cm curtain pelmet/recess at the top, but I'd prefer not to use it if it gets in the way.
Outlets: Outlets and ethernet ports are marked on the sketch.
Bed: I'm planning to get a 140 × 200 cm (Double) bed. If it's too tight for the layout, I can scale down to a 120 × 200 cm ( Double) bed Desk: I definitely need a study/work desk in this room.
Wardrobe: I need a wardrobe for clothes.
Bookcase/Storage: I'd love to have a bookcase. If a standalone bookcase doesn't fit, I'm totally open to smart storage solutions (like wall-mounted shelves or under-bed storage) instead.
How would you arrange this furniture to keep the room functional and not too cramped? Any sketch or layout ideas would be highly appreciated! Thank you!
