I’m based in the UK but can use online services from other countries too

The NHS won’t do genetic testing unless a genetic condition is clearly established, so I have to go private and self paid.

I’m no expert in this. I’m looking for a genetic test like whole genome sequencing that will show me every single gene and anything possibly wrong in them. Errors, mutations, etc. For example anything at all that can be a cause of a neurological disorder or any other illness. Anything that isn’t normal, is wrong or can cause something. I’m willing to do lots of research.

This must include showing all genes related to autism.
And even allow the possibility of finding new genetic errors like mutations or anything like that which aren’t discovered yet. So I can do my research from there.

Secondly I’m looking for a good reputable geneticist or genetic counsellor that I can speak with, get advice from and ask questions to.

Also is there a service or website which shows all known gene errors, conditions and things? To compare against my findings.

Backstory:
My symptoms may be related to autism, even if that’s the case I want to find associated genes.
However something is very wrong with me.
I am desperate to look into genes because I have explored so many other avenues.
I cannot live like this.

Undiagnosed and unexplained symptoms which are hard to explain. From about 5 years old something has been very wrong. I feel like I’m not in real life, vision is different. This has also, as a result caused severe anxiety, depression, neurological symptoms like stiffness and pain and overall suffering which can’t go on and am desperate to look into the cause. Yes I have explored so many GP options, mental health, etc etc. I can’t describe it with words but something is seriously wrong which I need to investigate.

Where can I get abdominal botulinum toxin injections to relax stiff / tense / tight muscles in the UK?

I am urgently looking for this treatment. For about 9 years I have suffered from severely stiff / tense / tight abdominals also known as hypertonic. It has ruined my life, disabled me and caused discomfort and terrible pain all over body especially in back and neck. I’m bed bound. I have seen websites mention they offer it as part of pain clinics or neurological / neurological physiotherapy treatment.

Also am I eligible without a diagnosis or referral letter?

For 9 years I have been stuck. Urgently need help

At 4-5 years old I had some weird kind of autism which changes how I feel and experience everything in life

In 2018 (and leading up to) I had severe depression (and anxiety) due to my autism. In these years I got addicted to masturbation, as it was my only relief and joy, and what happened was I already had a very stiff abdominal area with, severe pains at times, from a young age due to anxiety around people and school. So mixed with the masturbation it heightened and my stomach has been severely stiff and tense. It’s now been stuck like this ever since. To the point where it affects me physically and mentally. From 2018 onwards I woke up one day the depression had been so bad I couldn’t feel anything at all anymore, I couldn’t see colour, my mind/memory doesn’t work anymore, the way I describe it is I’m not in real life anymore. Ever since then it’s stuck permanently. I don’t know how I’m still living and surviving.

The physical pain and mental effects of this PERMANENTLY stiff stomach area are severe. The depression is severe. My mind does not function anymore. I’m not in real life. My stomach is so stiff it’s unbelievable and I have not any relief or return to “real life” in over 9 years now.

I’ve tried so many different things, so many anti depressants, supplements, even anti psychotics and other medicines. Nothing works. Nothing like therapy or exercise changes it.

PERMANENTLY STUCK IN A STATE OF SEVERE STIFFNESS AND DEPRESSION ETC. PLEASE HELP WHAT ELSE CAN I TRY???

I’ve had load of blood tests. I’ve had brain and back mri scan.

How can a type of autism, severe depression and stiff stomach area combined with frequent masturbation whilst depressed cause these permanently stuck symptoms? How is there no way out???

Could severe depression with sudden too much dopamine from masturbation and autism do this?
