EQA (embodied question answering) researchers?

Long time lurker here but I need you for this one gang :)

Is anyone here doing research in embodied question answering? If so, what's your motivation? If you have considered it but decided against it, what convinced you? With the advent of physical AI research, would you consider this area of the field a fruitful one?

PYI Application

Hi all,

I want to submit an application for a PYI position but the university I graduated from is not in the list of universities on the application form. How can I correctly convey my university in the application form?

I'm looking to join/form a team working on physical AI robotics challenge

Hey all,

I'm a robotics engineer by training turned ML/AI engineer because of passion right after school. I want to start combining these skills together and I think a competition is the best way of doing it.

Here's an example of a challenge I'm talking about to set expectations : https://www.intrinsic.ai/events/ai-for-industry-challenge

Anyone up for this?

L.E.1. I'm based in Europe. I think online only competitions would be easiest to start with to get momentum going, then if the results are worth it, we can consider meeting in person if it makes sense.

L.E.2. I don't have the next challenge in mind yet, I'm open to suggestions.

Robot Learning Course 2026

Hey, I saw that robot learning course taught by Oier Mees at ETH was made publicly available via YouTube recordings and a GitHub repo but I have the feeling the GitHub repo doesn't yet contain all the homework assignments (at least compared to the YouTube recordings). Repo contains only the first 4 assignments, does anybody know if there are more and if they'll be added to the repo?
