The worst on the planet

As so many others have, I have spent hours with the AI "agent" going round and round, not being able to talk to a person, getting a "supervisor" who is AI as well, having them confirm that the issue has been resolved only to find out it hasn't. A miserable experience that qualifies as the worst "customer service" I've ever had, which is a sad distinction considering the competition. It's worse than the IRS, worse than Social Security, worse than literally any other. The AI even lies when told one wants to talk to a human being by saying that it is one. This is not even Beta testing, not even Gamma or Delta. It's Omega. Has no-one at Xfinity even tested the system? The latest issue persists and I can't do anything else until a technician can get out tomorrow (making the third day without service) for the second time. I see that the responses to other complaints is some generic babble probably also AI created. Even the so called "direct message" doesn't show up as described. I've had it so should anyone else who has had to go through this.
