So over this winter, I swapped on Z3 hubs on my stock trail arms and CV axles. And possibly >200KM into the setup, I’ve blown my axles as they’re leaking from both the diff flange and the hub region.
Could any 5 lug experts explain what went wrong and next steps to take ?
I should mention that this car was originally a 320i and i’ve swapped the engine to an M20B25 but retained the 168mm diff and stock axles.
Those who’ve gone widebody with this kit. What are your honest reviews? Do you have any pictures of when you received it?
How much work was needed to make it work?

Back again with another noob question. How do i remove these turner eccentric poly bushings? Any tricks?
Ideally without damaging them because i’d like to sell them.

What the fuck? All the tutorial videos i’ve seen and the diff has just dropped with the bushing bolt removed. What do i do now?

I need these out sooner than later but my boxend wrench is not enough to loosen these.
Sprayed it with PB blaster and let it soak for 2 days now (no luck)
Are there any tricks to get these off? Alternatively I’ve recently bought a grinder attachment and won’t be opposed to cutting them off. Is it safe with the fuel tank so close? (cannot confirm if it has gas in it)
Would appreciate any advice. I seriously needed this differential out like yesterday!
Hey guys, how do I go about removing the front bumper off a factory m-technic optioned car? It’s not like the usual bumpers where access to the bumper shock mounts is available (T50 bolts). The plastic cover is in the way but also seems snugly fit and I don’t want to damage it by yanking it like an ape.
Would appreciate any help.

Since it’s finally stopped snowing in the north… I’ve been able to make some progress in my 5 lug swap.
The positive caster of the current setup i’m running is ridiculous! not sure why.
Anyways. I’m having some rubbing issues on the inner fender liner. Albeit, the tire size is 245 but I was wondering if spacers could remedy this (i like the pokey fitment) or if I should add more positive caster with the SRS adapter.
