Can anyone help me figure out what these acronyms mean? I know OPA/NPA, and bandage/blanket obviously, but the others aren’t very clear to me. Thanks in advance!! 🙏

For context: I failed my first EMR licensing attempt (I wasn’t too surprised as I did my EMR training with Delta First Safety and it was the most disorganized and clearly inexperienced instructor I’ve ever had) but I got this very quick feedback from my licensing examiner. I really want to pass my second attempt. So any help with this and tips in general would be amazing. Also yes I have reported my EMR instructor because she should be teaching EMR courses
