Light burn or deficiency?

Hello all, first time grower (Week 7). My autoflowers are starting to flower. These were germinated April 1. I stunted these by giving nutes too early (week 3). I’ve continued mainly to learn from this run. At first, the leaves were just yellowing and dying last week. But now I have browning that starts in the center and works its way out (Pic #1). What confuses me is that the new leaves that are growing look very healthy (Pic #2). Is this a light issue or something else? Thanks in advance, I’m really enjoying the process!

Hello everyone. First time grower running into some issues here. I am growing Northern Lights auto. My plants are in coast of Maine stoning blend. We are on day 29 since germination. My lights are set to a PPFD of 600. They have been slowly turning yellow over the past week but it is slowly becoming more prominent. Now I’m starting to see spots on them. The new leaves are coming in nice and green. I’m not sure if this is a nutrient issue. I may have been under watering my plant from the start in fear of over watering. I did make a mistake and add Gaia green and worm castings on day 15 so they are a bit stunted. Any help would be appreciated. I’m planning on finishing this grow to learn more about what to do for my next run. I did add some worm castings and watered them today. The leaves sometimes droop a few hours after watering, but then return back to normal within 12 hours. Thanks in advance!

Edit:
This picture is right after watering. Soil completely dry prior.
