Looking into it a bit more, here’s my personal take on Waluigi VS Lola Bunny (Super Mario VS Looney Tunes)

I feel like this may be controversial with how conservative I am with Waluigi’s scaling, though that’s also I don’t buy “base” Mario characters getting super far without their items. Which Waluigi, being stuck in spin off hell, I don’t really buy having access to some the high tier stuff that would give him better scaling/abilities/haxes.
