I have a laptop with 64GB (2x32) of RAM but it has horrible GPU. It also has 1tb ssd. I’m looking to buy a laptop that can handle the 64gb and has a better GPU and an alright cpu. any advice or tips?

budget: 600$ (willing to stretch)
