Could someone please clean up this picture for his memorial service Saturday? My partner wants it blown up to an 8x10 but it's a wallet size and I don't think it can be done. $20CAD

I have the extended warranty and am trying to order a new globe liner as my cats have ripped through ours, but it's not giving me a Canada option for shipping through the app. I can't get past this part without it. What am I doing wrong?
