Screen bleeding in new monitor

Just got a brand-new **BenQ EW270Q from Amazon**, and I’m noticing quite a bit of IPS glow/backlight bleed, especially in dark scenes.
I compared it with my 24” Dell IPS, and the BenQ looks noticeably more grey/washed out.
Is this normal for the EW270Q, or should I request a replacement? This is my first time dealing with IPS glow, so any advice from other owners would be appreciated.
I know the ips glow depends on panel to panel but still I think this is noticeable visible considering it’s just a day old

Which one v5 rnr or Initiators

Recently picked up the Blue V5RNR for 4.8k and the White Initiator for 3.6k. The V5 has thick cushioning while the Initiator is made from lightweight material. I already own the P6000(daily beaters so little bit of dirt) so I need to decide which one to keep — my budget only allows for one. Looking for advice from anyone with long-term experience with either shoe, based on price and long-term comfort for office/daily wear. And opinion on looks aswell
