Worst Cab experience with Uber. Please help with how to take action?
Bad uber experience
So today I booked a cab from my location which was slightly in a narrow lane but cabs have always responded well with the location. This driver just got rude as soon as i sat in the cab.
I told him to stop talking disrespectfully. He started rudely telling me to get off the cab. We were three girls and this was how he responded on mid road. He just did not hesitate to say demeaning and cheap words to us in the middle of the road. My sisters who are very young 13 and 14, they have to listen to all this drama and disrespect. He did not stop abusing. I was just telling him to stop being disrespectful and he started telling me his address and saying do whatever you want to . Please take note of it. It was the worst cab experience of my life. Bring three girls alone it was heartbreaking.
I have a video of him as well, someone please help me with how to get an action taken against it?????
