Knox, a young man leaving his life in Atlanta behind, flees to rural Minnesota to work at a wildlife rehabilitation center. As he bonds with the staff and begins building a new sense of family, a grotesque creature of oil and bone emerges from the surrounding wilderness. While the creature terrorizes the local community, Knox and his friends must discover what created the creature before it destroys them all.

This is my first novel! I'm finished through act 2, and would like feedback as I revise before plunging into the final two acts. I would love to swap, or just receive feedback. I'm looking for advice with pacing, tone, and overall quality. I don't really have a timeline.
