Leo always delivers!

Been in the rep game for a few months now. My watch box has a mix of gens and reps, so I feel like I've got a decent idea of what makes a good TD.

I've dealt with a few TDs so far, and honestly, time ultra has been one of the best experiences I've had.

The first thing for me is communication. He replies fast, keeps you updated, and never leaves you wondering what's going on. On top of that, he's super patient. He's always willing to help and never makes you feel like you're bothering him.

What was the biggest problem you encountered during the wood carving process?

I’m still fairly new to wood carving, but one thing I’ve struggled with the most is getting smooth and clean details without accidentally removing too much material. Small mistakes are hard to fix once the cut is made.
