4 days late after my first time (protected). Used a condom left in a car. Extremely anxious, looking for reassurance

Hi everyone, I’m 18 and I’m losing my mind with anxiety right now. I really need some honest opinions because I can't think straight.

My last period was April 16th - April 21st. My cycles usually last around 31 days, but they are irregular and have varied from 29 to 39 days in the past. Also, last month I had severe strep throat (angina) and was on strong antibiotics for 2 full weeks, which definitely weakened my body.

On May 15th/16th, I had sex for the first time with my boyfriend. We did it 4 times over a short period:

1st and 2nd time we used brand new SKYN condoms. Everything went perfectly, the sperm was contained in the tip, he pulled out before ejaculating just to be safe.

3rd time we used a SKYN condom that had been sitting in his car under the seat in its box/foil for about a month (it's spring here, no extreme heat or freezing temps). It felt normally lubricated and didn't break. Sperm was in the tip.

4th time (next morning)He pulled out, but instead of the sperm being just in the tip, it was kind of spread out along the inside of the condom, and there was very little of it (probably because it was the 4th time). Also, there was a squishing/sucking sound during sex (I assume just air/my own fluids). **My boyfriend filled this 4th condom with water right after, and it was 100% sealed, no leaks.

Before all of this (around my fertile window), we only dry humped in underwear (both of us had underwear on), so no direct contact.

My period was expected on May 17th based on my usual 31-day cycle, but today is May 19th (4 days late, cycle day 34) and still nothing. My discharge today is thick, white, and a bit stretchy (like 5cm max), which usually happens to me before my period.

Could the first time + doing it 4 times + the antibiotics delay my period this much? Is there any realistic chance of pregnancy given that every single condom was intact and tested? Please help, I'm terrified.
