A gambling ghost!
Deathcard was once a mercenary of a different name, who had a nearly perfect record, and was wanted by almost any employer, good or bad. After a job in the Radiant Isles went south, Hecktore captured and tortured the soldier of fortune. After all that was left was a fiery spirit, he made a gamble with Hecktore that his rule would fall within the next 5 years. If he was correct, he would go free, and if he lost, he would permanently become Hecktore’s slave. 2 years later, the Skylanders saved the Isles and banished Hecktore. The remains of the mercenary became Deathcard, and after his transformation, he had gained powers. He fell into a gambling spiral until the Skylanders who saved him approached him with a job, bringing him back to the light, where he now takes chances with the Skylanders to beat the warriors of the dark.
