To make a long story as short as possible (I promise it's relevant context), I've been dating my boyfriend for a while but we're still unofficial, I don't know any of his family nor has he ever mentioned me to them. His ex did find out (no idea how) and started looking at my stories quite often.

That has stopped, but now an account going by the name of his aunt (which he has no idea about nor follows) has started looking at my stories.

He claims it must be because I popped up on her explore page, but how likely is that really? He posts content on a completely seperate account and I interact with it sometimes.

I've never heard of instagram boosting random people's accounts like that. I post a few personal pictures every few months at best.
