I bought them! I have no idea what to expect but I saw them on sale! Are they worth the $170?

Just bought a Forerunner 265s on marketplace for 150$? Its showing this, how do I get rid of this Its showing this screen, how do I get rid of it? Still learning how to use it but this just won't go away

I need help trying to figure out why this is showing up I just bought this off of marketplace for $150 and I'm just trying to figure out why this is showing up and how I get rid of it
