I’ve applied to over 300 jobs and I’m scared I won’t find something before my visa expires
Pringles with a pesto and parmesan dip topped with smoked salmon :D
For context, I’m a 2025 graduate and international student in an EU country and I’ve been on the job hunt since August 2025. Being non-eu means that I have 1 year to find a job that is willing to sponsor my work permit :((
The current company I work at hired me as a student back in 2024 and offered to give me a work permit, but backed out last minute because they couldn’t afford the minimum salary requirement (but they were kind enough to have me work full time on a temporary basis)
My contract ends in June and my visa expires in October and after 300 job applications, it’s not looking good :((
