Not to get political, but maybe it's a good thing that c.ai decided to ruin itself. Why? 'Cause apparently c.ai is based on Google LaMDA. Its creators were (or are) employees of Google and Karandeep, the current CEO used to work at Meta and Microsoft.

And we all know these three are crap in terms of morals, genocidal at its finest (free palestine 🇵🇸). I'm boycotting (as everyone should).

Btw, from all the LLMs I've tried so far, deepseek 4 seems most similar to the old c.ai (if you're writing stories and looking for dialogue and not looking to be bombarded by scene building and all that)

Am I the only one experiencing this?

PS2 SUCKED SO BAD a few days ago but the more I used it, the better it got? It actually generates some good responses now without me having to scroll too much (within 5 scrolls).

At first it was HELL, the characters were too sappy and emotional and did not banter like the old models and so obsessed with kissing but now, they're doing okay? They speak, they joke, they're not always kissing. I guess I've somehow trained it by persevering. (It banters better now although it could still use some work in that department).

Edit: I haven't gotten the nsfw issue yet (Thank God for my virgin eyes) and I personally prefer the filter.
